1. Introduction
Welcome to Kabroo, operated by Adison Cars Ltd. By using our website and booking services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings made through Kabroo must be confirmed by Adison Cars Ltd via email or text.
  • Payment can be made securely online at the time of booking [or, for account holders, invoiced accordingly].
  • Prices quoted are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, or other services.

3. Cancellations and Amendments

  • You can manage your booking online via the Manage Booking page.
  • Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee (see Cancellation Policy).

4. Delays and Waiting Time

  • For airport and seaport collections, we actively monitor arrival times to accommodate delays wherever possible.
  • A 60-minute free waiting time is included after your flight or ship docks. This allows time for passport control, luggage collection, or disembarkation.
  • After the 60-minute allowance, additional waiting charges may apply at our standard rate.
  • If your flight or ship is delayed by more than 3 hours, we cannot guarantee that a driver will be available. We will do our best to accommodate you, but it will depend on current driver availability. If we are unable to fulfil the booking, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • For all other types of pickups, we allow a 10-minute grace period. After this, waiting charges may also apply.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring all booking details are correct.
  • Any special requests (e.g., baby seats) must be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

6. Liability

  • Adison Cars Ltd accepts no responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as road closures, extreme weather, or traffic incidents.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the journey booked.

7. Complaints

  • We aim to offer excellent service. If you have a complaint, please contact us within 7 days of your journey.
