How do I book a journey with Kabroo?
You can book directly through our website on the “Book Now” page. Simply enter your journey details, choose your vehicle, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Can I amend or cancel my booking online?
Yes, absolutely. Just head over to our “Manage Booking” page, enter your reference number and contact details, and you’ll be able to amend or cancel your booking in just a few clicks.
How will I know my booking is confirmed?
You’ll receive a confirmation email (and/or text message) with all your booking details once it’s been processed.
Do you provide airport pick-up and drop-off services?
Yes – we specialise in airport transfers! We cover all major UK airports and offer flight tracking, meet & greet, and assistance with luggage.
What if my flight is delayed?
No problem – we track flights in real-time. Your driver will be kept updated and will adjust the pick-up time accordingly. We include a 60-minute free waiting period after landing to give you time to get through passport control and collect your bags. However, if your flight is delayed by more than 3 hours, we can’t guarantee driver availability, as it depends on scheduling. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you or reschedule if needed.
Can I book a return journey at the same time?
Of course. Just mention the return date and time when booking or make a second booking through the form.
Do you allow bookings with multiple stops (via)?
At the moment, our online booking only supports direct journeys. If you require a custom route with multiple stops, please contact us directly and we’ll sort it for you.
Can I pay by card online?
Yes – card payments are processed securely when booking online. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
Are your drivers licensed and insured?
Yes, all Kabroo drivers are fully licensed, insured, and DBS-checked. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
What if I left something in the car?
Give us a ring or email as soon as possible with your booking reference and a description of the item. We’ll do our very best to reunite you with your belongings quickly.
Do you provide child seats or baby seats?
Yes, we can provide child and baby seats upon request — just tick the option when booking or let us know in the “Extras” section.
What types of vehicles do you offer?
We have a range of vehicles to suit your needs – from Saloon and Executive cars to MPVs and luxury options. You can view them all on our Fleet page.
Do you offer hourly chauffeur services?
Yes! Our As Directed Chauffeur Service allows you to hire a professional driver by the hour for business meetings, events, or flexible journeys. Ideal for when you’re not sure how long you’ll need.
Can I book a shopping trip, sightseeing tour, or wait & return service?
Absolutely. We offer tailored services for shopping days, sightseeing tours, business meetings, and wait & return journeys. Just let us know your preferences when booking or get in touch for a personalised quote.
Are there any mileage or time restrictions?
Most of our fixed prices include a generous mileage allowance, but for hourly and flexible bookings, additional mileage charges may apply depending on your route and time booked. We’ll always be upfront about any extras — no surprises.
