Kabroo – Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation:

• You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.

Late Cancellation Fees:

• If you cancel less than 24 hours of your pick-up time, the full fare will be charged.

No Show Policy:

• If the passenger does not show up at the pick-up location without informing us, the full fare will be charged.
